A year and a half ago, I took a leap of faith and started Care Connect Coordination. After working in the disability sector for over five years, I knew in my heart that it was time to follow my passion, step into my own leadership, and create a service that truly reflects the values I believe in: choice, flexibility, work–life balance, and putting clients first.💙🌸💗

Starting my own company was both exciting and daunting, but it has been the most rewarding journey. And now, all of that hard work has paid off — I’m so proud to share that Care Connect Coordination is officially a Fully Registered NDIS Provider! 🌸

This achievement means so much more than just a tick in a box. It represents the dedication, care, and vision behind everything we do. It means we can continue to stand beside participants with the assurance of quality, accountability, and genuine support to help them achieve their dreams. 💙

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped us get here. To those who supported me when I first started, to our amazing participants and their families, and to the incredible people who took part in the audit process — including the auditors who spoke with clients and reviewed every detail — your time, honesty, and encouragement are deeply appreciated. 🌸💗

This is just the beginning. With this new chapter, Care Connect Coordination is more excited than ever to continue helping clients grow, thrive, and live the lives they choose.
